Taylor portrayed Stacy Collins as the protagonist's mother in the 2013 stage movie Ashley. She played the role of parent of Ashley Collins (played by Nicole Fox) as an adolescent girl who's self-harming habits annoyed her partners. Stacy was able to blame Ashley's issues on the basis that she was sexually abused by her father while Ashley was young.
